Christian Fennesz and Ryuichi Sakamoto are two masters of their instruments who have come together to create new forms, experiences, and experiments. Fennesz is an electronic composer who continues the famous Austrian compositional school, while Sakamoto is a modern Eastern lyricist. Their collaboration can be heard on the album Cendre, which was released in Japan in March and in Europe by the brilliant Touch label.
